The Peugeot 308, pure efficiency
The three-cylinder PureTech petrol engines in the 308 have increased fuel efficiency due to their reduced weight and compact dimensions. But don't just take our word for it: A panel of 65 judges from 31 countries awarded our technology 'International Engine of the Year 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018' for the 1.0L to 1.4L engine category.
The 308 is equipped with an all-new exclusive BlueHDi 130hp S&S engine which introduces a new, more compact emission system. The emissions are treated at the source and at the exhaust, guaranteeing lower fuel consumption and more efficient emissions control.
To enhance its sporty design, the Peugeot 308 GT features the 1.6L Pure Tech 225 S&S and the new 2.0L BlueHDi 180hp S&S are now combined with the new EAT 8-speed automatic gearbox.
