Range of engines
The range of engines on the Peugeot 407 includes 3 petrol engines (between 125 bhp and 211 bhp) and 4 HDi engines (between 110 bhp and 170 bhp).
Handling performance
Peugeot's reputation for excellent handling stems from two things: its expertise in terms of chassis and suspension and technological innovation from motor racing and rallying. The 407 is fitted with double wishbone front suspension with drop link, exclusive to Peugeot and giving excellent steering accuracy.
